I, the Sender, agree and understand that these items are to be carried at the owner’s risk. This means that the Driver, as carrier, will pay no compensation if the items are lost or damaged, unless the Driver, as carrier, intentionally loses or damages them.

For Senders that have opted to include Lonely Cover, items will be covered for damage up to a stated value with a maximum claim under Lonely Cover of $2000. See Lonely Cover and terms and conditions for more information.
